GENERAL SITE INFORMATION

General Site Information

    • Individual RV lot size for NHRA and any added events are 30×40 ft. camp sites. These events do NOT have electric service.
    • NASCAR CHASE WEEKEND RV lots are 30 x40 ft. and 30 x 50 ft. with no electric, and 30×50 ft. WITH electric. A LIMITED NUMBER of back to back/pull through and electric sites are available.
    • Tent camping lots are 25 x 30 ft. located in a separate section. Tent campers cannot be located in the RV section due to zoning regulations for safety..
    • Additional space lots can be added to double your lot size for a nominal fee and ONE additional Come N Go tag for another vehicle is included with an extra space lot.
    • A MAXIMUM of 6 PEOPLE sleeping over per SITE will be allowed.
    • All rates include an RV/Camper plus a tow OR a car. All vehicles must fit within the boundaries of your lot. There will be an extra charge for each additional Come N Go passenger vehicle sticker.
    • All vehicles including visitors on the grounds will require a Race View Farms tag or it will not be allowed on the property. This WILL include golf carts. Vehicle stickers will be given out at check in. We require that ALL vehicles fit on your site.
    • Garbage receptacles, Portolets and fire extinguishers are located throughout the campgrounds. The location of these items may change from race to race.
    • 50ft interior aisles must be kept clear for emergency vehicle access.
    • EVERYONE associated with your group must know and follow the RULES. (Even a friend of a friend).

    • PORTOLETS will be on site for everyone’s use. Private Portolets may be rented for an additional fee for all events. These must be reserved and paid for ahead of time for our smaller events. We will have a limited number of portolets for rent on site for the Chase which can be paid for upon arrival or you can reserve ahead.
    • We are only allowing golf carts for use on our property and there will be a fee for each golf cart, (NO ATV’s, 4 wheelers, carts with roll bars, go-carts, or motor bikes). NO VISITING GOLF CARTS will be allowed on the premises. So pass the word. Check with the track as to whether or not they will allow you to drive it onto their property. Bicycles are allowed.
      Click here for Golf Cart Rules. Please note the golf cart fee is NOT a golf cart rental fee, it is only a fee that allows you to drive your golf cart on our property for the event weekend.
    • POTABLE WATER and DUMPS will be available for ALL races. For NHRA and any other events services will NOT be delivered to your site. So fill up your water tanks before you park your vehicle or come full. You may want to bring a large extra container to refill should you need to do so. DUMPS ONLY will be available throughout those weekends. For the September NASCAR weekend : water delivery and pump outs at your site are available for an additional fee and must be paid for and scheduled the day before service is needed at the office. One free empty will be provided on day of departure by a pump truck or at the dump pits.
    • Bags of ice and fire wood will be available for sale during all events.
  • SHOWERS will be available for all races for an additional fee. Hours they are open and pricing will be posted at check in.

NHRA WEEKEND

CLOSE: July 10, 2017 at 11 am

Reserve early for best spots. Previous year camper has first dibs on the lot/area they occupied last year. Increase in group size may require a change in location.

Lots – all lots for NHRA are non-electric

  • RV lot- 30ft x 40ft = $180.00 for the weekend. Each lot purchased includes one Come N Go tag for a vehicle or tow. No tent camping is allowed in the RV area.
  • Extra Space Lot – 30ft x 40ft (in the RV section) = $60.00 for the weekend and includes one additional Come N Go tag for vehicle or tow. This allows you to have extra room to spread out and park vehicles. This is not for an additional RV.
  • Tent Lot– 25ft x 30ft = $80.00 for the weekend. Each lot purchased includes on Come N Go tag for a vehicle or tow. All tent camping will be located in a specific tent section as required by our zoning permit.
  • Extra Space Lot -25ftx30ft (in the Tent section) = $40.00 for the weekend and includes one additional Come N Go tag for a vehicle. This allows you to have extra room to spread out and park vehicles.

Additional Costs

  • Golf Cart Tag = $30.00 (allows you to drive your golf cart on our property)
  • Additional Come N Go Tags = $20.00 (All cars entering our property, unless parking for the day in the general lot, must have a Come N Go tag. The tag is good for the entire weekend.)
  • Private Portolet = $110.00 for one standard sized unit. Call us for pricing if you need a larger handicapped unit. You may bring a lock for the unit to restrict usage to only your group. Portolet pump outs are $25/clean out and are generally performed early in the morning. Portolets must be paid for and reserved ahead of time for this race. By state regulation we do have Portolets on site for general use.
  • Showers will be available for this weekend. Hours and pricing will be posted at check in.
  • Potable water and Dumps are available throughout the weekend at the farm for no additional charge.
  • Ice and firewood will also be available on site for purchase.

General Reservation Information

  • Reservation Deadlines:
    Reservations submitted by US mail must be to us one week prior to our opening date as we will no longer check the PO Box after that time.
  • Changes in reservations: must be sent to us in writing via fax, email or US mail. We will not accept changes by phone.
  • Cancellations: must be submitted in writing 7 days before our opening date for the event for a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee per lot. A refund check will be mailed to you within 30 days of our receipt of your WRITTEN cancellation.

Lots

  • Electric (30 amp service) RV lot – 30ft x 50ft = $265.00. Electric lots are located in the back to back rows A/B and C/D. Electric will be turned on by Thursday at 6pm and shut off Monday at 10 am. Extra space lots are not available in this area, but can be arranged for in the next non-electric row.
  • NON-electric RV lot – 30ft x 50ft = $130.00 for the weekend. Each lot purchased includes one Come N Go tag for a vehicle or tow. No tent camping is allowed in the RV area.
  • NON-electric RV lot- 30ft x 40ft = $110.00 for the weekend. Each lot purchased includes one Come N Go tag for a vehicle or tow. No tent camping is allowed in the RV area.
  • Extra Space Lot – 30ft x 40ft (in the RV section) = $50.00 or 30ft x 50ft (in the RV section) = $60.00 and includes one additional Come N Go tag for vehicle or tow. This allows you to have extra room to spread out and park vehicles. This is not for an additional RV.

  • Water refills at your site: $35 and must be paid for and scheduled by 9pm the evening before the service is desired. Free water is available at the main farm house. You may fill your RV on arrival or bring
  • Pump outs at your site: $40 and must be paid for and scheduled by 9pm the evening before the service is desired. A complimentary pump out or dump will be completed on the day of departure.
  • Ice and firewood will also be available on site for purchase.
