NASCAR CHASE WEEKEND

Close: Monday, Sept. 17, 2012 @ 11am

Because of the change in the lot configuration this year all lots will be assigned in the order that the reservations are received. Reserve EARLY for the best spots.


  • NON-ELECTRIC Lots – 30ft x 40ft site = $100 for the weekend. 30ft x 50ft sites = $110.00 for the weekend There is a limited number of 30ft x 50ft sites.

  • ELECTRIC Lots (30 amp service) is $ 230.00 for a 30 x 50 ft. lot for the weekend. Electric lots are relocated in the back to back rows A/B and C/D. Extra space lots are NOT available in the Electric lot sites. Electric will be turned on Friday by 6pm and shut off on Monday at 10 am.

  • ADDITIONAL COSTS:
    Arrive EARLY on Thursday 9/13/12 @ 11:00 am: $20 per lot (Electric & Non-electric)
    Golf Carts: $50.00 for the NASCAR weekend.
    Additional Come N Go stickers: $20.00 per vehicle per event.
    Extra space lot : $50.00 ( Includes 1 Come N Go) this is for additional space to park cars, not for parking another RV. Extra space lots are NOT available in the Electric lot sites.
    Showers will be $8 and we will continue to sell ice on site.
    Water refills at your site: $35 and Pump outs at your site: $40 (Water refills and pumps at your site must be paid for and scheduled by 9pm the evening prior) A complimentary pump out or dump will be completed on the day of departure.
    Private Portolets: $110 for the weekend, $25 per pump out (Schedule pump outs at the office by 9pm the night before service is needed)

  • RESERVATION DEADLINES: You can now reserve ONLINE!!!! Click here to PAY ONLINE. Or you can submit your reservations by mail or fax as in the past. Click here for a RESERVATION FORM. We will stop accepting reservations by mail one week before we open for each race and will no longer check the PO Box. Changes in reservations must be sent to us in writing via fax, email or US mail, we will not accept changes by phone. Reservation cancellations for a non-electric lot must be submitted one week before we open for the event in order to receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee per lot. Cancellations for Electric lots: must be sent in 30 days prior to your arrival. A refund minus $50 cancellation fee per lot will be issued. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of our receipt of the WRITTEN cancellation.
