CAMPING 2010
ALL NASCAR PRICING covers the time period from 11:00 am on Wed., July 7th through 3:00pm
on Sunday, July 11th, 2010. Fees listed include ONE Come-N-Go pass per site, all vehicles must fit on your site: Pricing for ELECTRIC SITES: (no increased amounts/late fees apply) All electric
lots are 30x50' back to back lots. NO extra space lots will be allowed in this area. These will be
issued on a first come first serve basis. The cost for the weekend for a lot with electric is $350.00
Pricing for reservations RECEIVED by April 1st, 2010: 30 ft by 40 ft site is $200.00 for the weekend. 30 ft by 50 ft site is $210.00 for the weekend. A LIMITED number
of 30 ft by 50 ft sites will be available on a first come first serve basis.
Pricing for reservations RECEIVED: April
2nd, through May 1, 2010: 30 ft by 40 ft site is $210.00 for the weekend. 30 ft by 50 ft site is $220.00
for the weekend, limited number of sites are available.
Pricing for reservations RECEIVED AFTER May
2, 2010: 30 ft by 40 ft site is $220.00 for the weekend. 30 ft by 50 ft site is $230.00 for the weekend,
limited number of sites are available.
- MAILED RESERVATIONS BEING MUST BE TO US BY JULY 1, 2010. We will not check the PO Box after July 1ST for Nascar weekend reservations.
FAXED RESERVATIONS paid with a Master Card or Visa WILL BE ACCEPTED through
July 6, 2010, after July 6, 2010 drive on only spots will be available on a cash/credit card only basis.

Reservations sent by mail must be received by May 27, 2010. Faxed reservations paid with
a Master Card or Visa will be accepted through WEDNESDAY June 2nd.
- Arrive Thurs. June 3rd at 11am and depart Monday, June 7th by 11:00 am = $160.00. Extra space lots are $100.00.
- Fee includes one Come-N-Go. No electric will be offered for NHRA
weekend
- IRL : Reservations
sent by mail must be received by: August 19, 2010. Faxed reservations paid with a Master Card or Visa will be accepted
through WEDNESDAY, August 25th.
Arrive Thurs., August 26th at 11am and depart: Sunday, Aug.29, 2010 by 3:00pm = $140.00
non electric or $250 with electric. Fee includes one Come-N-Go pass. Extra space lots are $100.00. - MULTIPLE RACE RESERVATION DISCOUNT:

CARD PAYMENT: We can accept Master Card or Visa only .
- ADDITIONAL SPACE LOTS for Nascar- These lots are for additional
space for eating, cars, etc. You may not place an additional RV on this space as the price for this is reduced to only $140.00
for an additional 30x40ft and $160.00 for a 30ft. x 50ft. space adjacent to your existing lot(s). You will receive 3 additional
come n go passes for this lot.
- GOLF
CARTS will be charged $50.00 per golf cart for Nascar weekend and $30.00 per golf cart for NHRA and IRL per event.
Golf carts are only to be driven by licensed drivers and must have a light on after dusk. NO CRUISING will be allowed. NO
ATV'S, motorized scooters, or gators will be allowed. IF we don't approve it you don't use it!
- ADDITIONAL COME N GO :stickers $25.00 per vehicle
per event. This covers the entire weekend.
- RENTAL PORTOLETS: Upon your arrival you may pay at the Race View Farms office for a private portolet
to be delivered to your site for use for the weekend. Cost for the unit is $110 for the weekend, clean outs are
extra . Pump outs of the private portolets are an additional $25/ pump out and also must be scheduled and paid
for at the office. (ADA/Handicapped portolets are higher priced please call us for details if you would like to
rent an ADA unit for the weekend).
- PUMPS/DUMPS/WATER:
On the day of departure, you will be entitled to one complimentary pump or dump. Additional pumps or dumps will be
provided for an additional fee. Water re-fill service will be available for an additional fee.
- SHOWERS will be available. Ice will be
sold at all races as well as firewood.
- RESERVATION CONFIRMATIONS: Reservation confirmation cards will be mailed once your
check has cleared the bank. All reservations cleared a full 10 days before the stated arrival will be confirmed with a postcard.
This postcard will serve as your sticker for your RV so please keep it in a safe location and present it to our staff when
you check in. Do not separate the perforated section, as we will collect that when you check in.
- CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your non-electric
reservation, refunds minus $25.00 will be approved if written notice of cancellation is received 15 days prior to your stated
arrival date. If you need to cancel your ELECTRIC reservation, refund minus $25 will be
approved if written notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to opening event date. If refund is approved it
will be processed upon receiving WRITTEN notice and will be generated in check format and mailed to the guest within 30 days
after the request is received.

SORRY, but due to our zoning permit we are NOT ALLOWED to have TENT, AUTO, VAN, OR TRUCK camping. Therefore
ONLY RV's or Pop-Ups will be accepted. You must sleep in your RV or your Pop-up.

NO RESERVATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED UNLESS THE RULES ARE SIGNED AND SENT IN WITH THE RESERVATION FORM.
Check the back of the reservation form for the rules. A copy of the rules will be issued to you upon arrival for your reference.
